Questions

Good ones, all answered.

Is GiftAnchor free?+
Yes — creating an account and keeping one personal wish list is free. Personal lists aren't shareable; upgrade to Standard ($3.99/month) for 3 lists shared with up to 10 people each, or Premium ($7.99/month) for 10 lists shared with up to 50 people each.
Do my friends need an account to see my list?+
Only if you invite them as collaborators. Anyone with a public list link can view it without signing up. Adding items requires an account.
How do you handle my data?+
We collect the minimum needed to make GiftAnchor work and we don't sell it. The full story lives in our Privacy Policy.
Is there an iPhone or Android app?+
Yes — both are live. GiftAnchor for iPhone is on the App Store and the Android app is on Google Play (links up top). The web app works on every modern mobile browser too.
Can I anchor things that aren't on the internet?+
Absolutely. Anchor an idea, a memory, or a homemade gift suggestion with just a title and a note. URLs and UPCs are optional fields — useful once roadmap features like price tracking land, but never required.
What about price-drop alerts and barcode scanning?+
Both are on the roadmap, not in the app yet. See What's next below for the current order of operations.

What's next

The roadmap, honestly.

Here's what isn't in the app yet — and roughly when we're getting to it. We'd rather under-promise than ship a list that lies to you.
